Two more cyclists killed by lorries

A CYCLIST was killed in a crash on the A414 near Eastwick this morning (Tuesday, December 15).

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following the collision just before 7.30am on the westbound carriageway near to the Briggens House Hotel.

“For reasons unknown at this stage, a lorry and a pedal cyclist had collided,” said a Herts police spokeswoman. “The cyclist, a local man, sadly died at the scene.”
