Boris Johnson fined for not paying the congestion charge

Johnson, 44, admitted he had been stung with a £60 fine for failing to cough up within two days and said his experience highlighted the need for an "account-based" charging system.

‘Victim’, ‘wretched system’, ‘need’… The classic bluster of a driver in denial.

In any case, why on earth was Johnson driving to Trafalgar Square? It’s not exactly hard to get to by bus or tube. Or why not cycle? Perhaps worried he might get knocked off by an AA motorcyclist in an ASL?
